I love making shakes with my Vitamix 5200 (this blender is worth every penny). I’m always looking for new things to throw into them. My staples are an oil usually Vega’s EFA Oil Blend or coconut oil (super yummy with no bad fat), raw cacao powder, maca occasionally, bee pollen, agave, tons of fruits (a banana is a must), hemp protein powder, maybe some veggies and whatever else I find in my kitchen. Uhh so what does that have to do with tea? Nothing really. I just love blogging about stuff I care about and I’m sure that everyone will benefit from as well.
