The Benefits of Red Raspberry Leaf Tea (Rubus idaeus)...

People who arent familiar with the many uses of herbs, always seem to find it hard to believe that one herb or tea is useful for so many different things! Hey if you tried it and it works for you for many things then stick with it!...

I LOVE loose leaf red rasberry tea. I always go to starwest botanicals.com or the real store and get a 1 lb bag for $13.00 and a metal tea infuser ball for like $3.94. So for under 17 bucks i drink this every night and it has lasted 1.5 years. It's a crazy good bulk deal and it's in this aluminum style bag that keeps it fresh and sealed tight. Any one should check this out. Good luck!

It can also be found at Safeway.
I buy raspberry leaf tea for my severe IBS and severe periods. It helps a little.

My girlfriend got this when she was pregnant... never opened it. So, I decided to try it out and now I have it every night.

Celestial Seasonings
Rasberry Zinger Herbal Tea
They claim to be %100 Natural....
Get it at most supermarkets... for around $3 for 19 bags, 1.5oz(43g)
http://www.celestialseasonings.com/
It contains HIBISCUS, ROSEHIPS, ROASTED CHICORY, ORANGE PEEL, BLACKBERRY LEAVES, RASBERRIES AND RASBERRY LEAVES.

Tastes great especially with a tad of sugar or sweetener added.

[...] April 9, 2009 by courtney I’m now 37 weeks! I had an OB appointment today and they checked me… I’m 3 cm dialated and 5o% effaced. But I’m not feeling any ’surges’ so it could mean that I have a ways to go. This is what happened to my sister Cammie… she was 3 cm at 37 weeks and went all the way to her due date. So I’m not holding my breath. However, I am a bit motivated to pack my bag and keep drinking my Red Rasberry Leaf Tea.
I was taking The Pill to control cramping and other symptoms... Then I read the "side effects" and it both shocked and terrified me! I bought the Red Raspberry Leaves in pill form today... I'm really hoping it works.
